You have to press "Log" NOT "Add" to ad a room or node into your named category. just found this out this evening on my 500!

Hi 73!! FTM500D (WIRE X) did you solve the memories C1 C2 C3....? Nothing to do it doesn't work , is Yaesu informed of this Bug ?

am trying to get wire x but when i push my dx it just swops to fm/dn and it dont shop me the groups do i need to swop some setting in the radio

Do I need to first physically connect my radio to a PC to register before I can use a pi-star hotspot. I have registered on wires x but both my Node ID number and Room Number remain blanking stating I must set up software

So familiar with the ftm-300 but can't seem to adjust vfo b volume only squelch level on the ftm-500

@@davidhughes1275 The sub-channel volume knob is inactive if the AESS (audio equalizer) is on. The main channel volume knob controls both the main and sub-channel volume together when AESS is active.

Not sure why but I just went through and setup everything and I am not hearing anyone in any room I see my computer turn green when I transmit and I hear nothing back or hear any chatter from anyone else talking

You know the little tabs at the top of the pi star turn green (from red) indicating that it is working
