Rent for a 2 bedroom apt 1,500$. Average home price at 200,000. The average American has atleast 500,000$ in savings. Over 90% of Americans can cover an unexpected 250,000$ bill. Gdp is 50 trillion. California alone makes 10 trillion and is a safe haven. Canada and Mexico are now are 51 and 52nd states. Australia might be 53rd.
