It's much better than yours. Their English is perfect, even if colloquial. "Like" interspersed throughout sentences is very common in American English. White American girls often speak like this: "Like, oh my god, I was shocked. Like, why would she do that? Like, come on now, that's crazy. And so like, you know, what am I supposed to say?" "It don't" is just colloquial, in the same way "ain't" is and other forms of speaking. Black Americans, for example, will say: "Who is you?" instead of "Who are you?" It's perfectly legitimate, and it doesn't indicate any deficiency. But of course, it seems that the one who really lacks knowledge of English and all its American variants here is you.

Everyone has an accent. Their accent sounds Chicano, which is an American accent. No country has a single accent. In Mexico, people from the north speak differently than people from central Mexico, and people from the south speak differently than people from central Mexico and northern Mexico. Which accent is 'native'? All of them - those are accents that originated and developed in Mexico, so they're native to Mexico. In the same way, their accent originated and developed in the US, so it's native to the US.

En qué sentido no hablan bien el inglés? Lo hablan al cien. Su inglés me dice que nacieron allá o que fueron criados allá y efectivamente así lo es. En contraste, es obvio cuando alguien aprendió inglés en México. Eso de "like, like, like" al principio de cada oración es algo muy americano. De hecho, se suele notar también entre cierto sector de las muchachas blancas, que hablan algo asi: "And, like, I went to the store, and, like, oh my god, my crush was there. And I was , like, uh, what am I going to do??"
