This is a recipe for YakiSoba, fried noodles. You can make them with ingredients you can easily find. This time I'm using spaghetti!
To obtain the texture of yakisoba noodles, the spaghetti is cooked with baking soda.
For 1 person
- 100g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp baking soda
** for the sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp of sake
- 1 tbsp ketchup
**vegetable ideas
- 50-100g cabbage / atlas, white, curly; pak choi; soybean germ
- 1/2 onion
- red pepper / carrot
- snap bean / broccoli
