掃除を自らするのも素敵すぎます。僕がバイトしてた居酒屋は、大将の機嫌で1日の楽しさが変わります。忙しくなってきたら機嫌悪くなるし。掃除なんてしてるところ見た事ない。従業員バイトの仕事。こんな所で働きたかったです。

If more American workers had a living wage, decent transportation infrastructure with walkable/bikeable cities, affordable access to food, affordable housing, healthcare that does not bankrupt them when they get even the smallest of injuries and bosses like his who actually value their employees you would have workers who would be more than willing to put in the same amount of effort he does.

The owner seems like a really cool dude to work for, creating and fostering a warm atmosphere for employees to work in and the customers to enjoy their dining experience.
