I mean, he beat the living piss out of Shibusawa......as a 20 year old. He's what in this game, early to mid-forties and even stronger? Yeah, Shibusawa wouldn't even have a remote chance of beating mature Kiryu.

@@kartikayysola shibusawa would have a tough time beating ichiban and ichiban doesnt even fight alone half the time, meaning hes incredibly weak as far as a yakuza protagonist goes

Either way yeah, there was a lot going on in this scene. I was just glad it wasn't just me who experienced this slow down.

+devilleon7 yeah I know that but if they knew from the start he was going to be a one time thing why did they make him an actual resident of kamurocho and why bother to give him a legendary nickname like "the parasite of kamurocho"? They got it right with shinada he's only visiting the town under the story's circumstances so if he's not seen again in the later games it'll make sense since he lives somewhere else where what's going on in the story shouldn't affect him even if he has nothing to do with the story anyway

You have a point, it wouldn't be as much of an issue if Shinada didn't appear in any later game, unlike with Tanimura.

Would that even do anything? Kiryu already fought dudes with machine guns, pistols, shotguns, even rocket launchers and still won without a bullet hole in him. Bow imagine when he has three allies that are close (or equal in the case of saejima) to his strength. Hell saejima was already shot multiple times and he just walked it off so even if he was hit what would it do?
