Its literally expectations (Japanese cast) vs. Reality (English cast). lol But, I think thats what makes the English karaoke so damn genuine rather than everyone being excellent singers off the bat.

@@galaxy_kitten95 I _would_ agree if the English karaoke didn’t have the same amount of obvious studio layering. I can’t enjoy the English version of Machine Gun kiss because of the way the actor decided to not use his Adachi voice and just doesn’t have vocal chops at all, so I can’t appreciate it as karaoke or a catchy song.

@@2yoyoyo1Unplugged FUN FACT: When discussing ENG Adachi’s Machine Gun Kiss, according to his voice actor, this was something that was discussed beforehand. They did try out MGK that sounded closer to his speaking voice. But, when doing it in a soft, young voice, it was funny as a concept to not pass up. The game developers even liked the change. at the end of the day, it won’t be anyone’s cup of tea, sure. But, I still think the English karaoke is great. If I want to genuinely listen to the song in all seriousness, then I’ll listen to Japanese cast. If I just want to kick back and have a fun time, the English cast offers that way more. However, I do think that the English versions of Bakamitai with Nanba and Hell’s Stew - mainly Zhao’s version, are just as great as the Japanese versions. Just my opinion.

Can confirm - if Sega touched it, there's gonna be something good, music wise. Even in Sonic Forces, which had some of the worst music in the series, there was still a few beautiful scores, though one went effectively unused, being cut short 10 or so seconds in, in favor of Double Boosting and hearing "Fist Bump."

@@dgamer5075 Yeah, that good SEGA music has been a staple forever. They were able to make music in Sonic that even sounded great of the Genesis' notoriously wonky sound hardware!

@@TCapButterCup Yep it's true. However the HD remaster comes with a Merciful difficulty that really smooths things up and makes bosses not be so painful

@@TCapButterCup nocturne is not that hard honestly, people spread fake information regarding some bosses like mot n stuff and if you get a hang of the combat system you can really have a nice time going through the game, it's just down to trial and error

Me too. I only played Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3 on my PSP (for 3rd I found fan translated version), but I never watched or played 1st or 4th game.

@@DLH112 Well, my reason is I don't own PS3, PS4, Xbox or any other consoles that Valkyria Chronicles 1 and 4 came put on. Only PSP. But if I ever get my hands on one of those consoles, I am definity getting both of those games.

The combat needs some work. But I've got incredibly high hopes for Yakuza 8, I feel like that's gonna be a top 10 of all time for me if they stick the landing

i wouldn't say persona 5 is one of the best games ever made, alot of flaws in terms of how easy it can be and how the story quality can be like a rollercoaster at times along with some questionable dungeon design, really good game but certainly not one of the best ever made
