That Takechi fight was so beautiful. The qtes still give me goosebumps, honestly the coolest choreography in the series. Also congrats on getting cleared of COVID!

Starts the Video: Well, this game hasn't been brought to the West, and it technically isn't even called "Yakuza". Crazy how this accidentally both failed to predict the future, and ALSO predicted it more accurately than everyone else.

I've platinumed this game, Ishin probably has my favorite combat system. By far my top yakuza game, if they would've brought this west it would've sold like crazy. still hoping for a localization and port to pc someday.

There have been couple talks about it, it seems pretty likely. At this point though they're debating if they'll give it the Kiwami treatment or just localize it. Honestly hoping it's just a localization cause the gameplay here looks really good as is

@@andrxia7953 that was a miss translation what they meant was they cant just simply localize ishin as it is. they would have to add modern features like save anywhere/autosave etc where as the black panther games they said would have to be done by ground up which means they would need kiwami's

@@andrxia7953 no the black panther games are the psp games. Kenzen might not get a Kiwami cause it's on the same engine as 3/4/5 so it will probably get a remaster.

Nice vid, new Ishin will be coming out to the west soon :) I love history however, it's an absolute beast when it comes to cultures and knowledge in general. Will have no idea about the Japanese history, however will look it up as i play, real history anyway lol. A lot it going to be fabricated / re-imagined of course.
