i did middle earth winter last year going the other way, fair to say my patrol wagon copped a few extra stripes. also that gulley looks to have mellowed a bit, was on the winch to get out the other way. Cool vid!

Thank you 👍 Backwards would have been interesting to drive. A couple spots have mellowed out, The place is always changing I guess with this weather and the amount it's always getting lately

Definitely changing, doesn't look like its been driven all that much since we were through, and can't say I'd reccomend it. It's a bloody slog to get through with how tight it is. Only reason we went up it was beacause there was a line of ATVs up the start of the gum that had all done beads, figured we'd give middle earth a go, never again haha.

Iv done all this up and down before the big C in a unlocked 4y 1st gen 4runner on 31s. Was a lot of fun. Monkey jum took 6 hours (one way) in the pissing rain but, no tow or winch just all the right foot and a bent drivers door 😢. Keen ass to try it now though 😅

That woukd of been wild. It’s definitely a track you don’t want to get stuck on in some rain just goes so slippery. You’ll have to come back out and try it now
