Are these suitable in salt water ocean or just lakes

I have heard they are much lighter than other boats, which can be a positive, but makes them more rough on the Ocean. Otherwise I think they sell some sort of add on to help with salt water. Although I've seen other videos from people who own them in the Northeast and use them exclusively on the sea and love them.

Is this the 2018 model? I'm confused on the Connext offering.. I thought that the 2018 had a larger screen?

Look at the tower, the new one does not have anything above the Bimini

That‘s the 2016 model, the screen get bigger in 2018 and they integrated the rpm and speed in the screen
