Great engine bro My dad and I swapped a Lifan 50cc from a quad with this chappy 80cc And it flys

A tip to make more rpm and power. Cut and make an almost straight exhaust pipe from cylinder to muffler. delete the S shape exhaust. but only if you have bigger intake, carb and cylinder. it will make 2000-2500 more rpm.

When I was young I had a 50cc Yamaha Chappy. Loved that bike... can go where traffic is blocked. Now I'm older ... I have a Yamaha 1100cc Vector GT ... love it, but cannot go where traffic is blocked ; >)

The arrow om top of the piston should face towards the exhaust port,so you drilled the holes on the wrong side because the piston should be rotaded 180°. Otherwise great work

This is the second time I've watch a 2 stroke rebuild and the arrow on the piston is NOT pointing towards the exhaust port. Therefore the ring pins are in the wrong position and rings could snag the ports.

When you polish the motor, aren't you supposed to do it with a low rotation angle grinder? I mean, you don't polish stuff with 12000 rpm. Maybe i am wrong..

You have fitted the piston in wrong direction. The arrow marked on piston should face towards the exhaust silencer (not towards the reed valve/carburetor side).
