What an overpriced instrument. Why not release a cheaper water down version like a DGX with same sounds as this thing and price it around 3000$? Pretty sure it will sell like hotcakes and you will make money more rather than selling these overpriced glorified 88 key arranger Clavinova. This thing should be never be called an 909 because it is exactly the same as the 809 there's no real updates here no new voices, features nothing! Nothing at all.

String voices do sustain indefinitely with the sustain pedal in the DGX-670, if you wish to have it that way. Just go to Menu/Controller/AUX: Sustain, then choose "Sostenuto" instead of "Sustain" in the left panel menu. The default is "Sustain", which do not sustain indefinitely, but you have the option to change it to "Sostenuto" if that is your goal.
