First 4 stroke yamaha in Indonesia, not really popular but still one of my favorite motorcycle.

It is not really a scooter, but an "Underbone", also a lowered chassis so that one can sit upon it without having to raise a leg. It became a standard when every builder tried to emulate the Honda Cub: the characteristic look, the gearbox paired to a (rather clumsy) automatic clutch, and the biggest difference with scooters: the technical design remains the one of a motorcycle as the engine is no part of the swinging arm, and the transmission uses a chain. This is the critical factor as it gives a far better roadholding, especially in bumpy curves, when a scooter begins to zigzag, even if it has 16' wheels like my new Kymco People. But after having had Honda Cubs for about twenty years, I don't think the automatic clutch was a good idea, as it is actually more difficult to drive it properly than a conventionnal motorcycle transmission. If you are content to move in a succession of jumps, it works, but if you want a smooth drive with exact revs matches, it is a challenge. With greetings from Belgium.

It not a skuter. That type of motorcycle are underbone (moped) popular in south east asian, same as pioner of honda cub. Underbone motorcycle characteristics are 17inch front and rear rim, engine position at front different from skuter that use small diameter rim, and engine are at rear. Also underbone motorcycle use chain as drive train, fuel tank under seat and transmission are manual, have automatic clutch or manual hand operated clutch. In malaysia this type of motorcycle are called kapcai. This yamaha crypton in malaysia are yamaha sre 102cc 4 stroke same look as yamaha sport 110ss 2 stroke production are early 90s-early 2000. This model are not so popular compared to another underbone model during it times.

For 60k it is in a perfect condition!
