My xvs650 with Vance and Haines pipes sounds exactly like that 1100 including the backfiring.

I'm 6'3". Is the 650 smaller (too small for me), or are they identical in size except for the engine?

Boas, estou indeciso em qual comprar... em termos de tamanho sentiste muita diferença ? e no torque... estou inclinado paara a 1100 por esses dois aspetos, achas que compensa a diferença de preços das duas ? (quase o dobro)

A 650 é muito mais cómoda e fácil de conduzir, embora não tenha grande potência (os travões desta eram fracos, espero que não sejam todas assim). A 1100 da muito mais gozo por ser enorme e bastante potente, mas é um calhamaço para andar. Adorei mas não me imagino a viver com uma.

Is more hard to drive the 1100 vs 650 ? I am a beginer i will need to use it in a big city with high traffic, i will need to lane filter, 650 is more easy to filter ?

I have the 1100 and I would say it is a bit wide to lane filter, but where I live it is also illegal.
