I have the same pair. They’re obviously Alpinestars but I don’t know the name of them. They’re really common and you should be able to find them at most places that sell motorcycle gear. They’re around $60 USD

They just recently issued state of emergency and only in a few prefectures (Tokyo included). But here in Japan, government can't shut down private businesses - though recommendation goes quite long way and lot of places are shut since last week.
