How much did it cost? Took a spill on my right side fairing a little dinged up and fancy a new set but not keen on these not coming with the foam etc on them. Mine is a 2005 so would be the same. Also those air duct covers, where do you get the little clips take that the screw? I can't seem to find them anywhere as it seems they are a different size to the rest of the bike. I've bought multiple kits but never have ones that fit. It's a fun machine though isn't it? :) Safe riding

Hi, the fairings were £350 from eBay and I got a a fixing kit from eBay for £15. It had everything I needed in it but I was also using some of the old bits and pieces as well. The fairing fitting was pretty good. This bike is actually my friends but I have just bought my own R6 and yes very fun. It will be on the channel soon 😎

did you buy a push pin set for your new fairings? I cannot find a set that will fit my new fairings, such as you did for the fender piece right above the front tire. If you have any recommendations I am all ears.

did you have any issues with the tail being held with the quick connects? is there a way to mount it with the rubber nut inserts?

No issues at all, the way the tail section sits on the frame it’s fine as it’s a snug fit. You could bolt the top section to the frame but the rear under tray would be more difficult

Every kit I look at never has gas tank fairings , is this normal? My tank is grey and I want it white.

Yeah that’s normal on that type of bike, you will need to get the tank painted or wrapped. That’s why I went for white fairings just to match the tank. My R7 does have plastic tank covers that can be replaced with the fairings though.

@@MTPOV85 dang lowkey sucksss. Is what it is tho, my bike is 20 years old and has the silver shiny fairings with painted in flames. It’s sick but I love the look of white bikes, guess I’ll just have to wrap it.
