I recollect my school days when I watched the Movie "HERO" starred Jackie Shroff. There I saw the Rajdoot Yamaha 350 factory with scores of bikes lined up and that made me a fan of RD till today. This bike still rules the hearts of all hardcore bikes. agreed????

Compared to the Yamaha RD350B that made 39 crankshaft bhp, the Indian-made HIGH TORQUE made 30.5 bhp (22.7 kW) and the later LOW TORQUE made only 27 bhp (20 kW), all in quest of better fuel economy. Dear Mr. Anchor, First of all, wear a shirt. Secondly, when someone is revving the classic, please shut of that silly music. There is nothing better than a 2 stroke singing. What about the Yezdi Roadking, Enfield Fury and the Jawa 350? They were all for sale at the same time. No doubt RD was the best. But they were all there. Very clear you dont know anything about bikes. Just another wanabe fool on TV. Greatest insult to these bikes is somone like this talking about them. "Vaary" sad.

its a cult bike no doubt...In india bikes' reputation is created by mechanics ..thats where it went wrong ..many mechanics could not touch it ..still dont..hence the negative publicity ..low mileage ..maintenance cost etc...once mechanics disapprove many ppl start to fret..but its gud in a way..other wise we cant call it a cult bike ..
