I have the TF1 ordered and it should be here today. I'm replacing a Presonus 16.02. I needed something that was rack mountable because I play live with a four piece Classic Rock Band, as well as record in my home studio. I'll post updates about the board as I start using it. I love Yamaha gear. We have to new 1,000 watt 12 inch powered speakers that we use as floor monitors and they sound so good I hate to use anything else. I had to use some JBL floor monitors at a recent gig and at first I was excited about it thinking they'd sound even better that the Yamaha's. Very disappointing. The next time I play at that place I'm sneaking my Yamaha's in there!

6 stereo mix im configuration changing posible mono mix. it posible? total 14 mix mono its posible???

In auxiliary mode, can we set the DCA? I mean, can we just move the dca group on our Aux setting?

nice introductory video, but Sineheiser? Come on bro, what if people call you Laylow instead of Leland, would you correct them. It's Sennheiser. Another thing is "where to use this console", I use my TF5 in my recording studio. I have a lot of external instrument (keyboards and other gear) and it is an excellent addition to my lab, especially when used with Yamaha monitors.

nano nangi Since this series was developed primarily for Live Sound Reinforcement applications, it does not have DAW control capabilities. We may consider to add this feature in future firmware updates.

I don't think it can be used as a DAW controller. Someone from Yamaha should create a map so it can be used as such. I replaced a M-Audio Projectmix in my studio with a TF5. At first I used them both together but the TF5 is so awesome I decided to sell the Projectmix. I thought they were the same but the Projectmix is mapped and the TF is not. It has USB connectivity so it must be possible to map it. Maybe I will dedicate time to try to figure out how to map it.
