I don't know that the previous owner had changed it in a while. I appreciate the compliment! Definitely one of those magic of video things. Only way to watch a ten minute video and have the oil completely done. The whole process took well over an hour, especially after purposely over filling it. Always glad when they can help people out.

Thanks Bryan! The video was on point as usual 🔥🔥🔥. I had the hardest time trying to get the oil fill cap off even though I tried with a washer, screw driver and everything else I could think of. What worked was a tool called a "carbon gasket scraper" I got it from AutoZone and had to file down the corners a bit and the end to get rid of the edge, but now it's perfect. Thanks again!

Another from Australia. Got a '99 Roadstar. One dealer not long after I bought the bike drained all the oil out but didn't realise that one drain plug was the transfer case. Xfer case disintegrated soon after. Had it all rebuilt at dealer expense. Another dealer didn't know about the transfer case until I warned him. Doing it myself this time.

Watching from the Philippines. Great channel for Warrior owners! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide all this info. Just subscribed. Own a 2002 Warrior that I bought new in '02. Unfortunately military duty and overseas work has kept the bike in storage for the most part of the last 12 years. Going back home to Northern Arkansas when this virus travel ban will allow. I will be replacing fuel line and filters, cleaning out the rusty tank, changing all fluids, spark plugs and battery. What else would you recommend that I do to get the Warrior back on the road? Already planning on the left side clean up and replacing air filters with K&N stock filters. Other mods will follow as budget allows but now I just want to ride again.

Hey, thanks for watching and commenting. Trying to talk the wife into moving to Florida. Want to be able to ride year around. She wants Montana...... Think we have two different ideas of the weather we are looking for. That's what happens when I'm from California and she is from Wisconsin. 🤣 as for the filter, can I ask why you're wanting to change it? The filter for these bikes is located in the reserve tank and has no scheduled maintenance. Supposed to last the life of the bike. Sometimes, they may foul up though and need to be replaced. Definitely a video that would be great to have though either way. I appreciate the idea, and will have to check into it and see if I can make something happen. Thanks again for watching and commenting brother. Stay safe out there and get some rides in for me too, my riding season is close to finished.

Sorry it took so long to reply to this. Have you had any luck? I've heard of this before when it gets torqued down too hard. One option is to remove the case and get the cap out that way. That's awesome! I know that there is a strong following for the Warrior in that area. I see a lot of guys from Lithuania, Estonia, and that area. I assumed most comments were going to be from America, but out of the three comments I've had so far, they've all been overseas. I love that this platform can get you across the world interacting with people. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Gracias por ver. Intentando traducir a través de Google, así que espero que funcione. Usé el aceite para engranajes Redline MT-90 al cambiar el mío. Espero haber respondido a tu pregunta. ¡Gracias de nuevo!
