Time to not be selfish and drop out was a year ago. That way, the party could’ve had a primary in which Harris would have fallen flat on her face and the nominee would be someone like Andy Beshear or Gretchen Whitmer. But as it stands now, they are either going to run Biden or they’re going to run Harris and both of those people are going to lose to Donald Trump. They could try to run someone other than Harris, but then all the black women will throw a fit over it. But that’s a moot point because the Democratic Party is not going to replace their diversity hire vice president with a better white candidate.
