In this video I'll show you how I replaced the PTO seals, wear collar and gaskets on my Yanmar YM1802 tractor. The Yanmar YM2002 should be identical, while the YM226 and YM220 will be similar. I also replaced the PTO pinion shaft bearings and resealed the entire unit with new parts. If you're going to do this repair do yourself a favor and find the parts manual PDF online. It will help you throughout the course of repair. I found my manual on "tractorforum.com"

I purchased all my parts from Hoye Tractor and/or All States Ag Parts with the latter having cheaper shipping.
Yanmar Part numbers for the 1802/2002 listed below:
PTO shaft seal:
194130-26350
PTO shaft wear collar:
194130-33452
PTO cover gasket:
194420-24360
Fork shaft O-ring:
24341-000160
The 1802 parts manual uses the wrong reference # in its diagram, this is correct part number for it. YM226 manual is correct.
PTO "Spacer Bolt" (3 non-fork shafts) O-ring:
24311-000160
Top Link Hinge gasket:
194151-42831
The YM1802 & YM226 parts manual show this part #, but both Hoye and ASAP tractor lists it as 194151-42832. Might be a typo in their database, but I ordered it and it works.
Pinion shaft bearings: 6304 & 6305 (general bearing designation)
You'll need a good set of wrenches, sockets, and either a bearing separator or a shop press. An impact wrench will help.
