Very insightful comment; I suspect that its musics other purpose to un-dam our emotions; I also find myself saddened by his mucis also Hania Rani, Olafur Arnaulds and Enaudi. Whats interesting is if in the midst of your heartache you listen, you'll find spaces where ones response was inadequate; whether is was the grief at a loss or the mourning of lost love.

Bonjour à toutes les âmes en peine et les coeurs réunis, la musique de Tiersen me fait penser à des enfants courant sur les berges de tourbe sauvage après leur frêles bateaux de papier flottant dans les rivières qui rejoignent la mer, ils savent eux que la vie n'est que jeux et magie, que la nostalgie ne provient que du seul fait que la source d'amour infinie et inconditionnelle nous manque... I have never visited Ouessant, but I was on the Île-de-Bréhat in 2020 - these Brittany islands can make a person dream. As I listen to this music for the first time, it takes me back to my yearly holidays across Bretagne. Thank you for sharing.

Der beste Komponist... an seiner Musik werde ich mich nie satt hören können. Schade, dass ich mir sein Konzert in Hamburg nicht leisten konnte :) Wenn ich seine Musik höre und in die Wolken starre, gehen mir soviele Emotionen durch den Kopf, sie hilft jegliche trauer durch zu stehen.. so wie jetzt gerade 😔

J'ai visité Ouessant en mai cette année, et la musique de Yann m'a accompagnée tout au long de ce voyage, en terre de marins. EUSA est un album dédié à cette île, quand on y est, alors on comprend davantage où Yann puise son inspiration. Une musique douce, naturelle, délicate, sauvage, puissamment fragile, tellement inspirante...

merci, vous me donnez envie d'apprendre à jouer du piano malgré que pour l'instant ce soit plutôt la guitare mon instrument de prédilection . Depuis que je vous écoute jouer du piano, j'écoute beaucoup plus de musique joué au piano. A chaque concert que j'écoute de vous j'ai de plus envie de jouer d'instruments différents. Vous êtes un moteur extraordinaire pour nous conduire à la musique !

Bonsoir je vis à l île de la réunion : gratitude pour ce moment rempli d émotions : de la tendresse , de la gentillesse de la compassion de la sérénité , une caresse , un brin de vent ....belle histoire Mes condoléances à celle qui a perdu sa soeur .de mon côté , j ai perdu ma fille jade il y a 7 ans 1/2 âgée de 10 ans mon rayon de soleil un gène qu' elle se serait automodifier......mais la vie est là ......J ai fait deux sceances d EMDR la tristesse s est envolée mais revient au hasard du temps

I saw Yann Tiersen in concert in Paris at la Villette when the "Fabuleux destin of Amélie Poulain" had just been released in cinemas. His musique was heart-breakingly beautiful then and still is now.

Yep, it is eternel ... when I saw the fim the first time in the cinema (expecting just a funny comedy) I was shaken to the bones when I heard this music first and the fireworks of phantastic pictures .... tears of joy immediately
