I learnt the song from Amelie and only now, a year later have I truly discovered Yann. This song along with Tempelhof and Porz Goret are astounding!

I have followed the same path! First I learned all the amelie songs, I fell in love the with the music from that movie, but now I am coming to realize I just fell in love with the work of Yann Tiersen. Truly an amazing artist.

It's a really beautiful song, and not so hard. I learned it in just 3 days, it has only 3 main part, what if you learn, you know the full song because of the repetition.

This song was in the background of a video my dad used to watch all the time, yesterday he sent me this video, and immediately it was so eerily familiar that i had to run upstairs to ask him what it was from. I've had this song in the back of my mind for a while, every time I heard a piano song I would partially hear this one in my memory, but I would never remember it afterwards. I'm so glad I've found it again.

How did you assign left and right hand (blue and green) after importing the midi file?

He probably did that while making the midi File. In FL Studio for example you can make two "Midi Out"s.

If you create the midi using sheet notes in museScore for instance, Synthesia uses different colors for the different staves.

So you actually know how to play yourself?. Can you play by ear?. There's a classical piece I want you to do from a movie. It's called into the wind. The movie's name. Not the song name
