Personally, I completely disagree because Xavi rarely wins big games or gets his team to perform well in big games, and most of the time doesn't get convincing results even against mid to bottom table teams, despite having a way better team, one of the best in the world. His mentality is negatively impacting the team also, its not just about tactics or training. Why do you feel Xavi is better than Motta, Flick, Tuchel and Nagelsmann tactically and as a personality? I mention those four because they are the ones open to a new club, Nagelsmann being the unsure one, but still possible.

Araujo's red card, missing big chances against girona, and we got completely robbed vs madrid. You got to take in consideration he conext of the season. Losing dembele and busquets and replacing him with romeu. We are starting a new project and not all seasons are going to go perfect. We had big injuries and lost important players. Personally i dont think there is another manager that is willing to take so much shit from the press and keep working. Laporta is making a huge mistake

While it's true that we miss a lot of chances and have had injuries or lost players. If we look at the team that starts, it's a team that would be atleast competitive with a, imo, better coach. So many games we have been in the lead and then lost, in this season. Pretty much every big game in this season (clasicos, PSG, Girona, Bilbao). It's worth remembering that when we had Busquets and Dembele, we still lost important games against United, Frankfurt, Clasicos like the 4-0. We have 2 amazing games that give everyone confidence in Xavi, and makes it easy for many to forgive the 8 other horrible and mediocre games. This is how it was for me and others who backed Xavi until I started seeing what other coaches can do with worse teams on paper.

No one else will give La Masia players this many oportunities no one else will take so much shit from the press. We've been improving if we win the last 2 games we would finish the season with 85 points which we would be more than enough to win it most times. Im not saying Xavi is perfect, but you cant judge him the same way you judge other coaches, hes been given one of the worst barca's of the last decades. He took us fron 9th to winning the league. For the first time in years i believed in winning the Champions League. I dont think Marquez is going to improve or even mantain the results and I dont know if Flick could maneuver his way into winning with this low of budget like Xavi did.
