This yard honestly could do with some rubbish removal and limbs picked up.... major shrub trimming would improve its appearance 10x fold. Theirs a garage, time to organize the junk and tidy things up. 2x monthly clean up would be ideal on this yard. It has curb appeal, but needs a serious boost of pizazz That raised brick square area. Would be ideal for hostas and sedum. Bleeding heart perrenials would do very well. Afew hanging pots. Fresh cost of paint, and it's a fresh new home
