I understand you want to make the outside of your house more Appealing but in the Philippines there times people do too much. My friend lives in Tagum and she did the same thing and made a big garden. She spent $300 in plants and maintenance and fees. This created a place for snakes to go and she has dealt with 3 cobras in the past few years...last week she spent $200 to take all the plants out and 50% have died because there was no rain for 3 months...this is not a investment nor does it add value to the house..she has a Java apple tree that gives Alot of fruit but it's safe to say she doesn't get a return on her money...
