I had no idea how to dye yarn, so this was really enjoyable seeing the different techniques of how it's done. Crystal you can keep the BOD Vog alive, just you and Erik take us shopping and how your doing your landscaping. I miss it was fun channel.

That blue is GORGEOUS! But I like all of the colors! The tropic thunder is pretty as well! And of course mountain thunder is awesome too. The orange and pink looks like mango raspberry

I think you should be proud of them all, since you and Erik did them together and it will be a fun memory for you to reflect upon. In my opinion - a great job!

WOW Crystal they all turned out great love the names too, your both so talented and know how to have fun with yarn. I think the first hank you dyed could be called "Autumn leaves", the yellow/copper hank "Tropical sunset" lastly the hank with the multiple colours "Eeyore's Rainbow" after Eeyore from Winne the pooh 🙋🏻‍♀️💞

I think they all turned out pretty good! The blue ombre, "ink pin in the dryer" is my fav!

The random nature of the dying process adds to the lovely nature of the dyed yarn. I would call the yellow and coral colors made in the microwave, lemon melon sorbet. My favorite hank is, Ink Pen in the Drier.

"Purple Empress" is gorgeous! May I suggest "Mellow Yellow" and "Melon Surprise" for Erik's.

They all turned out so beautiful. The unnamed pink and yellow reminds me of Strawberry Mango sorbet. The one that you aren’t fond of is so pretty, Crystal. Those pee pee pads look familiar. (We use them for our elderly cat) Perfect for yarn too.

They all look excellent to me. My favorite is Erik's watermelon mango that he made in the microwave. 🍉🥭

Beautiful colors. Using red food coloring when I decorated cakes took alot of food coloring. Best food coloring to use would probably be the paste. You can or could at one time buy the paste food coloring at Walmart in the cake decorating aisle. All of the yarn looked nice. Great job and enjoyed watching you two work together ❤.😊👍

I'm in love with all of them. But I really love your blue ombre. I wish you did sell them I would buy them all. I used to dye my own yarn I still have it packed up. Love the mtn lightning and the ink pen in the dryer is gorgeous. I think they are all pretty. The vinegar acts as mordant- what sets the dyes with wool yarns. As long as they are wool the color should be good. They are pretty.

I think your yarn dying turned out awesome. Love the flow of colours for each one. Even though you were disappointed with the first one you did Crystal, that one was my favourite.

I love the two color yarn. I would call it Peach-Papaya!! The unnamed one with the blue makes me think of Gemstones. The other unnamed skein makes me think of a Fruit Salad.

Crystal, you should make squares using your beautiful creations. Then turn them into a blanket for when you and the family do movie night. Your hanks, in my opinion, are honestly very attractive. I'd enjoy working with any of your color ways. Keep "playing" with those colors. And remember, if you ever make a color that you really don't like, you can always re- dye it with black. 😉

Hello Ms. Crystal These are Beautiful. I Love how the Hanks are tied together. Very very Nice! Each one has its own unique beauty to it. Very nice variegated blends, which is my Favorite kind of yarn color. I like the names that you came up with Ink Pen in the Dryer, Purple Empress and Tropic Thunder. For the first one I would name it Summer Peach or Peachy, because it makes you think of a peach and the colors are warm. The second one I would name it Beachside because you would see yourself at the beach with these colors. I LOVE that your husband is involved, supports and helps you with your passion, love for crochet. These would Definitely be Great to be sold or in giveaways. I would Love to use them.
