Sir bahut bahut shukriya Mai itni sari gltiya karta tha mere shoulders me pain rehta tha aur mujhe exercise me madat karne wale bhi koi nai the. But itna detailed itna ache aur aramse samjha hai ki glti honi ki gunjayish hee nai bachi. Mai tho follow karra hu day 1 se Thank you so much ❤sir

Bhaskar Shah Sir Chest bench press series is very useful and best...He explain every small technique to boost your chest press and I'm always glad & thanks to Bhaskar Sir... Earlier I hardly do 7.5 kg on both sides of Olympic rod but now I comfortably do 3-4 reps of 15 kg on both sides without support... Thank you Bhaskar Sir❤

Sir diet ka bhi bata digiye for vegitarian person. Me last 2 years se aapko follow kr raha hu. Bich me bimar ho gaya tha dengue ke karan Iss liye sari body jhad gai. But ab dubara start kiya hai last 2 months se or luckily aapki se series a gai. Buss diet me hlp kr de sar kya le as a veg person 🙂🙏🕉️
