Oh my goodness girl! When your kiddos get a bit older you should have a second hand store. You get first dibs on all the goodness for your projects and get to decorate the store with your creative ideas! Then you could host your own craft sale weekends. Endless possibilities!

Those baskets were chest freezer baskets ...I have two from my old freezer ...they come in handy for many things .

They would look great too with coconut mat liners in them and used as planter boxes. So nice on a shed or house with a porch.

Those metal baskets are old chest type freezer baskets. They sat in a groove to give extra space.

With those staircase spindles, I could see them in a row spelling out JOY for Christmas....or possibly JOY with each one individually. It would be gorgeous. Paint them white, distress them and attach them to a board covered with some black b white or red n black buffalo check fabric...or paint, or some other darker color...like a dark blue, and highlight them with a little silver wax, that way they could be out all winter as just winter decor, but I have many snowmen I've crafted, and they live our in my house all year long.....they are people too 😉🤗

Love your videos! I thought your wire baskets could be attached together by chain and hung in a bathroom for towels and washcloths or in the kitchen or pantry room for fruit and vegetables or even canned goods. Love them! As you say unlimited options.

FUN !! Lucky you to have the antique shop to yourself !! I missed shopping too early on in the shelter in place order. Hopefully it’ll end soon. 2020. I cracked up when you said “gonna paint the “gross age” not the “cool age” on the scale. 😅😅 Favorite items...the architectural salvage pieces ❤️❤️ and that red metal base in the shape of a triangle 😍 Ooh I saw lots of stuff in the walkthru of the store, I’d have snatched up..... I love thrifting !! 🥰

The off white pitcher with the silver handle is a thermal carafe to keep beverages warm. The top usually screws on & off. 🇺🇸❤️🌵

I think the long wire baskets are baskets that hang on the top of a freezer to hold food in. The ones with no hanger tops are for the bottom. My mom had a large box freezer with the baskets that's how I know how they work in the freezer. I too love old stuff. Have fun🌻🍁🌻🎃🌻

Those wire baskets come from deep freezers. Used to put small stuff in so easily take out to reach stuff in the bottom of the freezer.

I think the glass cloche goes on the wooden tray. For cheese & crackers. I'm not sure if it fits but the 2 pieces looked like they belonged together.

I was thinking if its not to late...those porch wood pieces you can make them candle decor for the walls. Paint them old or clean them up, fix a 2x4 to the bottom or sconces and put battery operated candle in them. If you can only see the drawing in my head lol. Omg gorgeous🌺🌺🌺 i like things in 3s as well. Loving those baby bottles and metal baskets

Some times you can soak the tops you can't get off in hot to warm water. that is what I do.

This video is 8 months old now but if you get more you could attach a piece of wood at the bottom and stand it up with a tall pillar candle in front.

The balusters would make great candle sticks on a hearth or floor. You would only need to add something to the top and maybe something small to help it stand.

I had 35 of them, sold all and had a waiting list 😳 I wish I could post a picture but I just put a cute hook on them and framed the top and bottom with wood. I staged them in my bathroom with a towel hanging on the hook.

LMAO! We are kindred spirits!!! First, the moment I heard your voice I knew you were a Louisiana gal. So am I. I'm from Nawlins and a graduate of LSU. Secondly, thrifting is what I missed most during the thick of the quarantine. When a new Goodwill opened I was a happy girl!!! Lastly, I LOVE cloches and wooden plates to put them on. They're my jam. I also collect old irons. Like you I also LOVE wooden spoons and scoops. I found a real beauty the other day at Goodwill. Using it for bath salts is a great idea. My biggest challenge today is finding a source for good wood. Especially large pieces for table tops. How fortunate you are to have a source for cypress. You're a lucky girl! I was so sorry to see recently that Beta dumped more rain in Lake Charles. Hope you, your family and your home are ok.

My thrift stores in California don’t have the vintage things you find so it’s so cool to watch what you have there. I love repurposing things. I love that you resell your creations! You’re awesome! Will have to look - they could be festive for the holidays. It may be we can go to the thrift store now, but too many people are still getting sick in California. I will just have to keep missing my thrift store visits for awhile. So it is extra super fun to see your acquisitions Julie! (I'm not sure my icon shows my name, I am not really a cat. ha ha. The wood tray is the bottom to a cloche isn’t it? I’m pretty sure a cliche goes in the middle for cheese then you add crackers around it. Right? It looks familiar. I’m asking because I’m not positive. 🤔

My bed is the most expensive thing in my house. We bought it from a store that hand makes everything. I love it so much still 4 years later. The side consoles are from Kirklands, the doors look like shutters. I don't like night stands. I find they look puny next to modern beds
