It's a glitch that happens to people when they're 1v1ing, holding an item or probably something was anchored to the counter animation and made it look like an item so it made him fling, for me this always happens when i'm 1v1ing someone in maingame and other gamemodes aswell.

3:49 is just a bug where if you use rage counter and then jump straight after it flings you forward for some reason
