Sugar 6 tbsp
Whipped cream unsweetened 2 cups

You need to freeze the ice-cream mixture for 3-4hrs and then whip it again to break the crystals. Repeat the process for a couple of times more and then freeze it over night or for 10-12 hrs.

Mam Maine suni hain ice cream ek baar Thora halka sa jam Jaye toh matlab liquid form mein nahi but Thora sa jam Jaye toh usse ekbar churn karna hota hain... To break the ice crystals...
