For the ochres I would say a size 6. This shoe is hard to figure out a good size

TTS and if you're a half size, size down. They stretch and mold to your foot after about 30 hours of wear

I don’t recall any chemical smell to any of the ones I’ve gotten and I’m big on smells so I feel like I would’ve noticed
