Hope you read this comment Mohit , I am a doctor and work in usa ( writing this so that you take my suggestion seriously ) sounds like you have fatty liver , get a liver ultrasound if not done already , you also have discoloration of neck skin which can be seen in pre diabetes so please get that checked as well
