Yelawolf discussed his 2018 public disputes with fellow performers Post Malone and G-Eazy. Yelawolf revealed that part of the reason behind the diss against Post Malone in his Bloody Sunday freestyle was due to Malone's denial of working with him on a musical project, something that personally offended him since he saw himself as part of Post Malone's journey. However, Yelawolf admits there is a possibility that he was misinformed about this. He also objected to a statement by Post Malone claiming to be the "greatest white boy since the one with the dyed blonde hair," which he interpreted as a dig at him while he was signed to Shady Records. Despite the public disputes, Yelawolf maintains that all past issues with Post Malone and G-Eazy have been resolved and that he even shared a friendly hour-long chat with Post Malone after a recording session in Nashville.
