You clearly don’t get the meaning behind the song then, the metal scream is symbolising his nightmares which affects him. He’s clearly looking back at his nightmare which is affecting his performance which is being shown as a drag race rather than his musical career. Incredible song with a fantastic deep meaning behind it.

If only y'all knew what it took to make this all come together... Spent my whole day on set wrenching to make sure that stunt went off clean and safe. Built 3 cars in 6 weeks, and drug em across 2 states. Wish i could post a pic here of the aftermath...
