100% "IKKA Standard versions"
This video covers the Ed Parker, Yellow Belt techniques Delayed Sword, Alternating Maces, and Sword of Destruction, with additional notes and considerations.
Qualification: Mr. Williams was a student of Ed Parker, as well as 3 other Ed Parker black belts, including Tino Tuiolosega.
Following Mr. Parker's passing, Williams was one (of only a handful) of Mr. Parker's students who was immediately appointed to the IKKA position of "Association Teacher", by the Parker family, as well as the existing IKKA leadership. (All materials taught by Williams are in exact accordance with Mr. Parker's Expanded 1987 Instructor Journals.
For the following 10 years, Mr. Williams attended (and repeatedly taught at) virtually all Pasadena IKKA belt camps, all Long Beach IKCs (where he worked as the Officials Director for 7 years.), and all European IKKA Camps, also working as a Regional Director for the IKKA, directly under Mrs. Leilani Parker (Mr. Parker's widow).
During this entire time, Mr. Williams continued to operate 4 IKKA schools in California and taught international Kenpo seminars, while continuing to compete in Forms, Fighting, and Self Defense divisions
Williams has operated Ed Parker Kenpo schools since 1984, and continues to teach at his family's Fresno Kenpo studio (Originally opened by his wife, Renee in 2004, and now operated by Randy Perez, the son of Renee and Sascha Williams to this day [2021])

Gracias.

Thank you for the video. Clarification on the strick to the neck , would you use more of a dropping diagonal chop/forearm to the side of the neck utilizing marriage of gravity ?

Great question. Depending on circumstances, yes I would. If I was a little closer, for example, and there's less depth available, I absolutely would use more "dropping" (marriage of gravity). There's nothing wrong with emphasizing that more, simply as a preference in general. Mr. Parker repeatedly stated that all 3 types of body momentum exist on the handsword, and that we use percentages of each. So that leaves a lot of leeway for personal choice and interpretation. Also, Sword of Destruction has more dropping available than Delayed Sword, as our elbow travels through height more. That was the reason he considered the inward handsword more "destructive". Hence the name of the technique. Thank you for watching the video.
