Yellow Sulphur Springs is located outside of the Virginia Tech college-town of Blacksburg, Virginia. The 160 acre property is home to a now somewhat abandoned complex of buildings that was once a beautiful resort for the wealthy.

Fantastic video. Look forward to many more. There is another virgina property with healing springs near paint bank VA. Would like to see a history lesson on that hotel.

This is in Christiansburg, Virginia - not Blacksburg. And I believe the property is half of what is stated in this awful video.

This is actually considered neither Blacksburg or Christiansburg, but Montgomery County. We stated Blacksburg because it's the closest township and what the property owners list on their website. The property may be smaller today, but when filmed it included all the locals we visited and filmed.
