using fantanyl 2ml=50mcg if taking 5 ampule; each one contain 2ml=50mcg.. so total will come= 10ml=250mcg. why you told 10ml=500mcg?. I didn.t understand what is written on the mint of 3:50sec. answer me please

Fentany dose is not: “1 ampule=2ml=50mcg” The dose is: 50mcg/ml 1 ampule=2ml=100mcg””.

Desired Dose 0 .1 mcg ,Quantity 48ml NS ,Body weight 40 Available dose 50 mcg 0.1×48×40= 192÷50= 3.84 is correct??????

What is the order? if this will be order 0.1mcg/kg/hour D=0.1, Q=48ml normal saline + 2 ml fentanyl =50mL, BW=40Kg Available dose 50 mcg DXQXBW/Available dose 0.1 x 50 x 40 /50 = 4 ml/hr
