If anything it was worse than they made it sound, it affected so much more than yellowstone. It's over a hundred miles taking a northern route from red lodge to yellowstone and there was lots of flooding all along those areas.

I know this is untrue because I grew up 16 miles south of Intake, MT. Intake is famous as one of the few locations in the world where you can catch Paddlefish, because of the dam on the river that stops the fish's migration upstream. That dam has now been updated to provide a safe passage for the migrating Paddlefish to continue its journey deeper into Montana.

Wildlife are quite smart. A lot if times their instincts get them to safety. MAYBE they will get a respite from so many people
