Even though I just watched only 2 seasons, it really ministered to me especially, in the area of the importance of good communication between the husband and wife. Honestly speaking sir/ma, I earnestly covet your prayers as I lack good communication skills. Notwithstanding, this is a great movie and I would like to recommend it to all Christian couples. Weldone to all the cast. You all played your given role well. More anointing in Jesus mighty name amen.

Hmmmmm, though am not yet married but i have learnt a lot of lessons from this movie. The major destroyer of every home is hardness of heart, as Christians we must be quick to forgive even if the offending party has not asked forgiveness yet. Secondly, i saw the need of knowledge in every marriage. Victoria and husband both lacked the knowledge needed to keep their home, though they prayed but the scriptures says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge not lack of prayer and fasting. Absence of knowledge equals exhibition of foolishness as displayed by Victoria many times. Thirdly, in marriage we ought to look after each other's interest. This simply means whatever you do, you must consider the effect it will have on your spouse. God help us to be loving as He loves us.

I have followed the series keenly. The reality of life is so well displayed. The weaknesses and the strengths of humanity. But the love of God and His mercy knocks me over. Our God is greater than calamities we cause even ourselves. I love seeing the rescue of the Lord. And these series have displayed a God who extinguishes FIRE IN THE HOUSE ! Any house on fire can be rescued. More grace and annointing for your up coming messages!! Blessings!!!

Stumbled upon the series and I can't believe I watched season one and two in just two days. I truly loved the series and all the lessons imbibed in it. The devil has same tricks, only brings it in different ways. The kind of fire in season one is different from season two. And I loved how the place of counsel was emphasized in the story, indeed in. The multitude of counsel there is safety. More grace to VDG. And thank you for being a blessing.

So you mean when the wife was taken to hospital after the rape, they did not give her medication to 1. Prevent HIV or any STD infection (PEP) 2. Prevent the occurrence of a pregnancy. Are we this ignorant? 🤔

I find it very disturbing and alarming that Victoria can entertain her so-called Christian neighbour, Kate to the extent that she hearkened to her counsel without questioning it [the counsel]; she means to tell us that she suddenly couldn't reason with her God given conscious anymore in that she agreed to such a lie that the Holy Spirit, who is the giver of life would consent to her taking the life that God had placed in her womb through abortion? I know a lot of the brethren will now say it was the "Devil's" doing but I strongly disagree b'se Victoria was a lukewarm Christian right from the start, who being devoid of the Word of God, allowed herself to listen to her neighbour's unwise counsel and be tempted and enticed by her own evil desire [see James 1:13-15] to be freed of the pregnancy even though her husband [originally against the pregnancy] had accepted it and the excuse for her actions was b'se she couldn't deal with the "stigma" as if she had conceived out of wedlock [even if the pregnancy had been as a result of the rape]. All throughout the series Victoria maintains a posture of a lukewarm Christian, for she neither prays consistently nor does she read her Bible at all [for spiritual growth] but somehow expects her Christian life to be vibrant and fruitful to the extent she would be able to stand the wiles of the devil in the day of her trials! Even her husband Jide is no better, he only prays after the crisis has happened and doesn't read the Bible either, thereby not growing or coming to maturity in the things and ways of God. Brethren let's always be watchful, prayerful and fill our vessels with the Word of God and practice discernment such that we may not fall prey to Satan's devices. In addition let's not entertain friendships with people like Kate who camouflage as children of light yet they're children of darkness!
