If only this was the title track... I can't stand seeing the amount of hates she's receiving right now. Insensitive Kpop stans making unfunny jokes about the current situation. Most, if not all, Kpop stans forget what they preach (mental health) whenever they see an opportunity and a gotcha moment for them to drag an idol, even though they don't even know that idol. They will just easily join the bandwagon hates, which is what I don't understand. Why waste your time on hating someone? Something I can't do because that's pathetic to me. A reminder that Choi Yena has always been one of the nicest and most genuine idols. She is very soft hearted and gets hurt easily. If you watched that one PD48 episode, you will get what I mean. And there is no way she isn't aware of the massive hate she's currently receiving. She truly doesn't deserve that. She was excited to finally promote again and worked so hard, only for this to happen. Everyone who said nasty shits about her can go and rot in hell. Hope Yena is doing well and has her support system with her when she needs it most. Stay strong, Jigumis.

Well, in K-pop, what matters is the initial promotional effort, no matter how big the company is. This isn't the comeback and has little to no promotion. Compare Everglow has 3 mill for 'promise' vs 150 mill releases, itzy has '#twenty' at 7.5m vs 350m releases, etc. If this had been the comeback instead of Hate Rodrigo, no doubt it would've been a chart topper, irrespective of the company. TL;DR: Don't worry about its performance, it's not the comeback.

To others who only know her with her fun concepts, it must be shocking. But to me who have known her since PD48, I've always known how versatile Yena is. She slayed every evaluations back then. She was one of the aces in IZ*ONE. It's what I love about her. She's exploring different genres and concepts, she knows she can pull off everything. It's exciting to stan someone like her. She'll still surprise you sometimes even though you've known her for a long time, but at the same time, you kind of expect her to do well on whatever she's doing. She is amazing, both as an idol and entertainer. Kpop stans should give a chance to soloists, especially Choi Yena who is very consistent. Definitely very worth it to stan.
