my phone stops charging after 60. it can stay there over hours but when i unplug and plug it back, it shoots up to 100 within minutes. I use an LG V60 Thinq 5G

The estimated time for my battery to be fully charged seems to be changing, when I plug it in its 1 h 30, when I turn off the screen and then reopen it again, it jumped immediately to 3 h 15 min, is there anyway to solve this? Is my charger the problem? Or the phone?
