you pretty much got it ..he is cop..and meets this woman who has this child ..and on the day of the wedding...she gets killed...he goes after the perpetrators and gets injured.. and then understands his actions have a great impact on this little girl.. he pulls out of the force..and they go on a journey..( which is this song).. this director gautam is pretty good.. this is the third movie in a cop trilogy.. and he makes some amazing love stories and the music in his movies are just off the chart..u can probably give kaaka Kaaka a watch and then proceed to this to understand that this is the journey of pretty much the same character at various stages of his life
