The line “even on my worst days, did i deserve babe, all the hell you gave me?” Fits Yen so well. Geralt deserves every right to be angry because ciri is his daughter but he could have tried to sympathise with Yen a little more. When Neneke and Jaskier tried to tell Geralt maybe Yen changed, he didn’t stop to doubt that maybe he was wrong, and he was. She was desperate but she couldn’t go through with hurting Ciri. He hurt and lie to her so many times, taking away her autonomy, but she makes one mistake and she’s suddenly the worst person.

I think Geralt is self-sabotaging, he is use to shutting down. So it's easier for him to be angry than it is to forgive. Especially dealing with someone you love deeply, that has hurt you deeply. He pretty much forgives her at the end just still angry.
