I'm so frustrated with the backlash the girls are getting. Previously people complained that their songs sound the same, now that they try something new comments like "I miss the old gfriend" are popping out everywhere and I'm honestly so upset because our girls worked so hard and they obviously love this look.

Nate Thankfully they're doing okay on the charts considering they're against Taeyeon and Twice. It's just alot of netizens (both korean and intl) are giving alot of negative feedback towards the girls and for reasons I can't even fathom.

With the end of GFRIEND approaching, I would like to repeat AGAIN that : Fingertip and GFRIEND deserved so much more during this era. The album was full of awesome songs (Hear the Wing Sing! Crush!). GP really dropped the ball here and completely ignored this funky bop. Fingertip was still very much a Gfriend's song (they did retro before retro was even a trend). The only difference was the color of their clothes (military dark outfits instead of colourful ones).

Nazrie Adam And you think other girl group like Twice and Red Velvet change their song or even concept. I mean look at Twice and Red Velvet they still do that cutesy thing and still maintain their sound, you can tell immidietaly it's their song when you hear it even see it. At least gfriend change their concept and their sound a bit. I mean you act as if it's a bad thing that they kept their sound, the guitar and anime feel that's what makes a gfriend song, and it works for them. Almost every group as their trademark sound okey so deal with it.

I don't know why public feel skeptical feeling about the concept of Gfriend. Of course, they would like their previous songs, Me gustas tu, rough and so on (power innocence concept). Definitely, after release of Navillera, they said that their songs are almost same, seems to be same. etc. So, they changed their concept from this tile FINGERTIP. But now they said that Gfriend should not have changed their concept. What a beautiful contradicton!! Even, they always seems to like hook song (toxic songs) and like only cute concepts. Also, they do not complain about the concepts of other girl groups, which have not been changed their concept, maintaining their older concepts. What a irony situation.. I'll always support for Gfriends. fighting!!

One thing I have to say is that maybe they honestly didn't like this concept. They maybe have been tired of hear the same concept and wanted a different view. I think it's fine that they don't care for the concept as long as they don't hate. I don't think hate is ever okay though.

one thing we have to tell them is that gfriend doesn't revolve around them. gfriend wouldn't change their concept because of them. fingertip was meant to be their debut song. and now we know fingertip isn't the odd one out, it's actually connected to tftmn and crossroads. :)

Yes. In the movie Doctor Strange Benedict Cumberbatch sends his aura out of his body and flies to another dimension of planets. He also drives a fancy car and, this is a stretch, but the movie is about him wanting to regain the use of his hands, and this video is called Fingertip. The one made me think of the other. I thought this video would have been great playing under the closing credits of Doctor Strange.

As a Sone, i saw so many "next snsd" group before, but after ten years i only see them into Gfriend.
