I know I am partly to blame for that purchase but not sorry about it! LOL! Tamiya's pricing, price gouging, has made me wonder a few times what are they thinking. Like why is the Globe Liner $100 more than the Grand Hauler, it is half the kit?? It is silly to me but folks still but em up al the time. I look forward to the builds but don't worry about the videos with out the builds in them, they are still entertaining. We know you have a ton of stuff going on! Take care Keith!

Nice acquisitions Keith! The TA-03F Rally releases were always done in "Monte Carlo" (tarmac / asphalt) editions. Not meant for dirt or off-road conditions. Heavy springs in front, lightest springs you got in the rear. The F's handle great on the road.

Great kits, Keith! I like the Mitsubishi and yes.... That's how rally cars are. Rally has mostly gravel and Tarmac stages, so even if the Mitsu looks like a touring car, it is a genuine rally-car (you could raise the body a little if you want).

I have a Bronco CR-01, out of the box, they suck. But if you do the right hop ups, it becomes an unstoppable beast. I absolutely love mine. In my trail run group, it’s very rare that others can go over what I can.

Great buys Keith! The CR-01 is a fun build! I remember when I had Land Cruiser, I threw a Monster Beetle driver in it and it fit in there really well and added to the look!

The Rock Socker is the most stripped down kit of the CR-01 line, having a non-license body and most ball bearings replaced with bushings.

Tamiya rally cars are definitely my favourite kits! That Lancer is sweet! I have the 99 Colin McRea impreza on the TA03f chassis, its definitely worth having one in the collection. They are just that little bit different. ThebLand Cruiser is cool too!

That Mitsubishi is still on my radar you are so lucky getting them bargains on bye bye buyeeeee the carriage is just a bit touch buy the time you work out what size you need for postage 😊

So keep them coming👍tamiya is more of a scale crawler or scale trail truck. If im not mistaken. And they all know that. But i think by them labeling those kits as crawlers gets more attention when it comes to the sale of the kit. But no doubt r very nice kits.

You got it! Really good price for that CR-01. I am also curious to see how your Lancer compares to the XV-01 as they are both front motor chassis. I have to admit that yours has a much nicer body shell. Damn I miss those days! Buyee did the same to me by putting a few small things in a huge box so they can change more for the larger dimensions.
