We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I agree, the one mistake in the design is the kitchen - which is a big part of the appeal of the home. In addition to the lack of pantry, when the put the island too close to the stove, fridge, etc it really is problematic. If you've ever cooked with someone else in the kitchen, you'll be running into each in these tight spaces. Or heaven forbid someone open the dishwasher and leaves it down. They just needed to add a pantry and push that island out 1 foot.

Chance and Nate are the best home tour guides. I don't like people, I don't like to leave my little homestead if I don't have to and Chance and Nate save me from doing that. lol. I don't care for the one long kitchen counter, I prefer the L or wrap around kitchen. Anyone with kids and a husband knows the more space in the kitchen the better cause they all want to snack while we're cooking and it drives me nuts. lol

I can Honestly say that there has not been one time that I didn't smile/laugh during one of them. You make them very pleasurable, comical and enjoyable to watch/listen them . I do love these Deer Valley homes! There is a lot of thought in the floor plan and colors. Just beautiful. I would like to see a coat closet and pantry.

Hi Chance, this home shows great. I like the way they divided the front living spaces. Always nice to see a entry way hidden from the living room. Now this house defiantly has the wow factor. Mobile home seller here. When you start dealing with mobile homes of this magnitude, it would just make more sense to get a normal regular house for more bang for your buck. Mobile homes of this price range just aren’t worth it anymore nor do they provide the benefit that they were made to offer at this point. If you’re wise, You’re either going to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a very nice mobile home or you’re going to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a normal home. Don’t over complicate the home buying process. That’s literally how I see so many normal everyday working class folks end up wasting either half or even their entire life savings and investings on just a home alone. The Mobile home industry is not in the business of accommodating millionaires so buying and selling these types of homes needs to be strategic for most folks!!

In the master bathroom the lady’s sink should be the one with the best lighting! Also in my opinion they need an option for a bidet! Oh and don’t forget having the on/off shower controls right at the opening to the shower area.

I'd get this home in a heart beat. It is 90% perfect. I'd change out the electric stove in the kitchen. The fire places are perfect and the room sizes are great.

I love the master bath. I wish there was a space for a freezer. And I like the kitchen sink to be on an outside wall so I can look out the window. I'd rather have a stovetop in the island. I have this dream of making pancakes and as they get done just tossing them onto the kids plates as they sit there and wait and we talk. I guess we all have our dreams.

I really like this home overall. The only misses for me are no coat or linen closets and no pantry. Not even a space for an extra freezer. I really like the bathrooms and bedroom closets. No wire racks are a definite plus.

Not too crazed about the floor plan. I am already thinking of other ideas for this home. But as far as the master bath, if the man don't ask the lady which side she wants; then I can guarantee you she will pick the back vanity across from the shower. Other then that it's a beautiful home❤

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but the tile was put down differently on the kitchen side vs the living room side. I'm not sure if that is showcase 2 different way you can get it, but I prefer the way it was done in the living room side.

Saw that floor plan with a door going into a massive pantry and then realized it wasn't a pantry but the master bedroom! DUH. No pantry. Well Chane, it is like this. If that were my bathroom I would have to take the vanity closest to the door. I walk with a cane and every step is an effort. I don't wear makeup either, so I don't need all the space.
