Meboob bhai, اسلام علیکم you’re my favourite personality in the business… As I am from KPK, wanted to make your recipe Chappli kebab (Chaprha kebab) more accurate and better as we do all over kpk. first of all you forgot to add Ajwain which is one of the main ingredient like other spices 2ndly we don’t use چنے کا آٹا rather it is , مکئی کا آٹا، وہ بھی جسکی روٹی بنائی جاتی ہے that is use in chappli kebab across the kpk.. , 3rdly we use both Piyaz & Qeema made by hands through Tokka (a hand chopper) and the both shouldn’t be very fine as you mentioned…. though kakori and galawati kebabs does needs very very fine mince - the rest all ingredients are okey … looking forward the original recipes of nawabi kebabs i.e., kakori & galwati 💖💖

Please, import variety pack mienarket larie as " Shikarpuri Achar" brand. So people abroad in USA Europe And UK and Doth Asia can also enjoy them. In Sha Allah.
