I do not think it wil be that high. Cuz all the lights are LED. So it wil only be the things like computers and cooling that wil draw a lot of electricity. If they had a garage with like electric cars that needed to charge it would be expensive.

If there might an idea to build a Yes House in Germany, you could probably check out Fynn Kliemann - do it yourself enthusiast. He has a KZfaq channel where he builds stuff and is one of the biggest dreamers in KZfaq Germany. Two years ago he bought land (The Kliemannsland) where he offers a place to sleep, tools and resources to anyone who wants to fulfill their dreams when it comes to build stuff themselves. Probably much like you offering people to live their life to the fullest, just with a different approach. I bet Fynn and his Crew would love to support you!

Hey Matt, Ammar, and Thomas, (maybe Brah hehe) First of all, I would like to thank you for doing what you guys do, the content you guys create reaches thousands and changes their lives forever. Including mine. Earlier this year on Valentine's day I decided to go out of my comfort zone and message a girl at my school named Sofia after stumbling upon your channel and binge-watching it for an entire weekend. Coming up with a first message took about 2 hours and was one of the most heart-racing things I had done in a while. Fast forward 8 months and we are in an amazing relationship. We live in Auckland, New Zealand. Next year in February she is moving away for University. I want to do something absolutely amazing for Sofia to thank her for everything she has done for me and helping me become the person I am today. Not in my wildest dreams would I ever get a reply but I have to shoot my shot, the same as when I messaged her. I love what you guys do. Thank you, Sam

Whenever I am depressed, I watch yes theory instead of popping pills. Ammar seems to be the glue that gathers all the talents from different backgrounds and cultures. It is really nice seeing these talents working together to create " the Yes House." Thank you Ammar and the rest of the yes theory utilizing these young talents and not letting their ideas go wasted. I will follow you guys forever!

Twas an absolute pleasure living in this house for a few months. It was a little hard to sleep with the the saws blaring and Alan blasting music all through the night but earplugs always did the trick😊 Super proud of everyone that came together to make this happen. The part where they were gathered together and giving speeches almost made me cry. It just made me aware of how alone I am, not in the physical sense, but in having no people to share my thoughts or just having people you have something in common with. I'm not really depressed, at least I think I don't. But there's this sadness, this loneliness, this feeling of just being alone without anyone to talk to that would really make you feel fulfilled or satisfied. But I know there are people who are lonelier, people who are more neglected and ignored. Instead of being weighed down by this sadness, I'll reach out to them instead.

I love how Yes Theory had Tom Franco on this episode and didn’t mention how he is the third Franco brother. I can’t thank you guys enough for the inspiration you guys give me on a daily basis. I started watching y’all’s videos daily a few months back, and it sparked something in me. I’m usually not a risk taker...ever. But the message “Seek Discomfort” really struck a cord with me. I was born and raised in Richmond Va, but recently moved half way across the country to Houston TX, in order to make a new beginning/chapter in my life. Who knows what this new chapter will hold, but I’m embracing it fully. Again, thank you guys for being one, if not the best, channel on KZfaq.

If you want to create more of these houses, there should be a "mirror" hanging in each of the houses, with a camera ontop. You should be able to tune into other yes houses through this to even more connect people
