Regardless of how you feel about his faith you have to realize that you either get that or you would have said RIP to him a long time ago. He didn't do it to betray anyone or sell out he did it to survive. The old Dave was killing him. He still tries to be as honest as possible and his heart is in the right place even if his opinions may or may not be depending on the subject.

That's is not savage, it's the truth. As a drummer Lars is not only unexceptional he is bad and as a human being he is a waste of space. I used to work for the company that supplied Metallica's lighting and stage sets and IMO Lars is an oxygen thief. James is ok ...as long as Lars isn't in the same room. Back in '89 or '90 I was on tour with Megadeth and Testament as part of the road crew and Dave is a really nice guy if a bit troubled. Good to hear he got over his drug thing! He liked them a bit too much and he wasn't all that choosy as long as he got off his head.

Both 2 of my favourite Megadeth albums.. Guess Rust is still my actual favourite, mainly because of its awesome riffs, cold/gulf war era theme and of course, Marty's epic solos :-)
